Derry Imaging Call Center Representative - Full Time

Derry Imaging is seeking an energetic Patient Service Representative for our busy call center. This is a fast-paced position that offers a competitive salary and great work environment!

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in the use of computers including Microsoft Excel & Word
• Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)

WHAT EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

• High school diploma required
• At least 2 years’ experience in a medical office preferred
• Radiology scheduling experience strongly preferred
• Basic medical terminology and insurance knowledge preferred
• Skilled in the use of computers and related software applications; excellent typing skills
• Detailed oriented, ability to multi-task with constant interruption required
• Above average organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)

This full-time position is Monday through Friday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm plus rotating Saturdays. This position is located in our Windham, NH call center.
